Beneluxa statement on first Joint Clinical Assessment (JCA) reports

The Beneluxa Initiative acknowledges a significant milestone in the advancement of joint health technology assessment (HTA) achieved through European collaboration. The recent publication by the European Commission of the first three Joint Clinical Assessment (JCA) reports constitutes an important development from a political, scientific, and organisational perspective. 

The first report was prepared by the National Centre for Pharmacoeconomics in Ireland, one of the Beneluxa Member States, in collaboration with the Institute for Quality and Efficiency in Health Care (IQWiG) in Germany.
